General Alliance

Not a vote. Every voice speaks from an affinity — gospel arrangers, performers, tradition-holders, ordinary folk. On any seam you take one stance: stand, torn, ask, stand aside, or block. Consent to act rounds out when the quorum of distinct affinities stand and nothing holds. Torn fills half a segment. Asks wait for answers. Blocks are withdrawn by the one who placed them, never overruled.

A production’s action consent is the state of its seams. Lifts on takes are one signal among several, never the deciding one.
